post event reporting

after completing the two post event reporting fieds and clicking save, there was a message that the submission would be removed and go to the back of the queue. My submission is no longer accessible and I notice that the total number is dropping steadily.
can you please confirm that this is all part of the final reporting process. thank you.

    I now see my submission again, no longer with the edit option, and the number of submissions is going up, so this seems to indicate that final reporting has been received.

    Yes, when you 'edit' your submission with your final count it comes to me for approval - that is when I pull your numbers and re-approve it for public view - this is the only way I can know when organizations have entered their count.

    David, I haven't experienced that yet. Did you received The Service Collaborative of WNY, Inc. final report?
