Competitive Pools

I see there are 141 submissions.  
Can you tell us the criteria for each of the compettitve pools?
How many submissions are there per competivie pool and the prize amount?

    Part I: The Corporation will divide all approved Concept Papers into 10 -15 competitive pools, based upon the anticipated scope of volunteer engagement and the locations of the service activities.
