"promote the Day of Service and Remembrance"

Hi,
The 5th requirement for the concept paper says "Information about how you will promote the Day of Service and Remembrance."
Does this refer to how we will promote our event, or how we will integrate the "Day of Service and Remebrance" in our marketing efforts?

    Both of those seem to be ways to respond to the requirement.
